What are we packing?
No payment is taken here. A 70% advance confirms customised orders.

Before you send the saree.

Do I provide the garment or gift contents?

Yes. At launch, you supply garments and all gift contents. We provide the base, materials, styling and protective packing.

How long does packing take?

Our standard turnaround is 3–5 working days after pickup and design confirmation. Rush work is subject to availability and an additional charge.

Is pickup and delivery included?

Pickup and delivery are arranged separately and charged at the actual local partner fare. Open or delicate trays travel by car or three-wheeler.

Can you curate the food inside a hamper?

Not yet. We currently style sealed products supplied by you. Fully curated food hampers will be introduced only after the required processes are ready.
